Pickup is currently only available in Grand Prairie, Texas, outside of that area FedEx shipping is available.

Pick up hours are Monday - Friday (with the exception of holidays) from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.  NO PICK UP ON SATURDAY/SUNDAY.

As an Internet-based business, most of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in north Texas. For the convenience or our local Dallas/Ft Worth (DFW) area customers, we have partnered with a 3rd party warehouse, Tiger Logistics, to handle our local pick up orders.
Orders placed after 4 pm Monday - Friday will be available for pickup on the following business day at 9:30 am.

Tiger's is conveniently located between Dallas & Ft Worth in Grand Prairie, TX (just south of the DFW airport). Please note that for pickup orders, you will still need to place your order (online or by phone) and pay for it before you can pick it up.  

Tiger's will NOT accept any forms of payment and they cannot process walk-in orders; all ordering and payment must be done through AtticFoil.com (via our website or by phone).  

Orders are ready for pick up 2 hours after you place them; please plan ahead as we cannot guarantee your order will be ready sooner than the 2 hour time frame.  If you place your order after 3pm on Friday, your order will be ready Monday at 8:30am.

You do not need to call and check on your order; simply arrive no sooner than 2 hours after placing your order.

If Grand Prairie is not convenient for you to pick up, consider having your radiant barrier order shipped; delivery time within the DFW area is typically one day/next day delivery via FedEx Ground.   

How To Place an Order For Pick-Up

Step 1 - Order online just like you are going to have it shipped (however, enter the billing address on the first screen that asks for the "Ship To" fields). Enter all info: Name, address, etc. *Note: the email address you enter will be where your receipt is emailed to.

Step 2 - Choose Pick-Up when you get to the shipping options. It will be the checkout screen after you enter name, address etc.

Step 3 - Enter payment information. We accept all 4 major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal orders; for orders paid by check or money order, please call us at 1-800-595-8772.

Step 4 - Review your order to make sure the pick-up method is selected for shipping.

Step 5 - Review your order again to make sure pick-up is selected for the shipping method.

Step 6 - Click "FINALIZE ORDER" ----- Wait ----- Wait ----- until you get a confirmation screen with your order number.  Print this receipt/confirmation page, or you can print it from your email, or if you have a smart phone, you can pull up the email on your phone when you get to Tiger's.

Step 7 - Pick up your order. Please plan on 2 hours before picking up your order.  You must have a copy of your receipt to pick up the order - this can be a printed copy or a digital copy. Proper identification is also required.

All orders must be picked up within 7 days or else they are subject to restocking.
