We have 48" wide AtticFoil® radiant barrier SOLID foil that might be right for your special application; this is a VAPOR BARRIER - it will block moisture from passing through. However, in most attic applications you want a perforated product, so this would not be the right product for you.  However, there are instances where a vapor barrier is not already in place and so a solid/vapor barrier radiant barrier would be practical.  

The 48" solid product is double-sided (exactly like our Original AtticFoil®, but without the perforations). 

WARNING: Be sure to contact your building consultant or home builder BEFORE installing a VAPOR BARRIER in any application. This product is not right for every situation and using a vapor barrier incorrectly can lead to moisture problems.

*SPECIAL: We have a limited supply of 48" wide AtticFoil® radiant barrier SINGLE SIDED SOLID foil that might be right for your special application; again, this is a VAPOR BARRIER - it will block moisture from passing through. The single sided product (meaning there is only foil on one side) is available by phone order only.

WARNING: You must make sure the foil side of the single-sided product is facing an air space,without an air space the product will still work as a vapor barrier, but it will not work as a radiant barrier.

• Roll size: 48" wide by 250 feet long (1,000 sq ft per roll)
• Roll weight: 28.6 lbs per 1,000 sq ft, double-sided: this product is the same on both sides
• Solid/Vapor Barrier, this product will not allow moisture to pass through
• Orders over 1,000 sq ft will be filled with multiple rolls. Example: if you order 3,000 sq ft, you will receive 3 x 1,000 sq ft rolls.
