How is my radiant barrier order shipped?
All orders under 10,000 ft. are shipped FedEx Ground. For orders OVER 20,000 ft. Please contact us at 800-595-8772 to discuss best shipping options. We can provide full crates or truckloads via freight carrier upon request.
When will my order ship?
Orders Placed before 4 PM Central Time (Texas Time) will ship the SAME day M-F. Orders placed AFTER 4 pm will ship the next business day.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, you can pick up to save shipping charges DFW Pick-Up Information - Click Here. Considering gas and the time involved, you should consider letting FedEx ship your order even within the DFW area. Orders will be delivered the NEXT DAY and the cost for 2000 square ft is under $17.00 Check the "Actual Shipping" once you click "Add to Cart" to determine your exact shipping charges.
How may days will it take to get my order?
1-4 Business days. See FedEx shipping map above. Canada deliveries are usually 7-12 days. Hawaii and Alaska are between 6-7 days for delivery. Saturday is considered a delivery day. For example: If you are in the 1-Day area and order on Friday, your order will deliver the next day on Saturday. If you are in the 2 Day area, your order will arrive on Tuesday. FedEx does not deliver ground shipments on Monday. Their "Business Days" are Tuesday-Saturday.
How will I know my order has shipped?
If you order by 4pm CST (Texas Time) you will receive an email the same afternoon with your FedEx Tracking number. If you place your order AFTER 4pm CST, you will receive your FedEx tracking number the NEXT afternoon. Orders placed on the weekend will get a confirmation email on the next business day - usually Monday.
