How is my radiant barrier order shipped?

All orders under 10,000 ft. are shipped UPS Ground. For orders OVER 10,000 ft. Please contact us at 214-707-8600 to discuss best shipping options.

When will my order ship?

Orders Placed before 3 PM Central Time (Texas Time) will ship the SAME day M-F. Orders placed AFTER 3pm will ship the next business day.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, you can pick up to save shipping charges DFW Pick-Up Information - Click Here. Considering gas and the time involved, you should consider letting UPS ship your order even within the DFW area. Orders will be delivered the NEXT DAY and the cost for 2000 square ft is under $18.00 Check the "Actual Shipping" once you click "Add to Cart" to determine your exact shipping charges.

How may days will it take to get my order?

How will I know my order has shipped?

If you order by 3pm CST (Texas Time) you will receive an email the same afternoon with your UPS tracking number. If you place your order AFTER 3pm CST, you will receive your UPS tracking number the NEXT afternoon. Orders placed on the weekend will get a confirmation email on the next business day - usually Monday.
